The material will review distinction between law and ethics, the use of professional Codes of Ethics (NASW, ACA, NAADAC, etc.), ethics hot lines, and ethics committees in the examination of situations that may arise, the need for peer collaboration and self-care related to ethical decision making, as well as a review of models that can be employed for examining and responding to situations that involve ethical principles.
